After more than 20 years as a practicing attorney, JESSICA L. GIANNETTA has intentionally tailored her law practice to focus on transactions and representation of creditors in bankruptcy. Ms. Giannetta’s transactional practice focuses on representation of lenders in secured financing transactions and debt workouts, as well as representation of property owners in real estate purchase and sale transactions, commercial leases, easements, and title-related matters. In her bankruptcy practice, Ms. Giannetta represents creditors in all stages of the various chapters and proceedings.
Ms. Giannetta was born and raised in Fresno, California and returned to her hometown to pursue her legal career after completing her education. Ms. Giannetta graduated magna cum laude from Pepperdine University in 2001 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in both Economics and English, with an emphasis in Writing and Rhetoric. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from UC Hastings College of the Law in 2004 and is admitted to practice law before all state and federal district courts in California. Ms. Giannetta is a member of the Fresno County Bar Association and the Real Property Law section of the California Lawyers Association. She previously served as a member of the Board of Directors of United Way Fresno and Madera Counties from 2019 to 2022.
In her spare time, Ms. Giannetta enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors, and listening to music.
